How to Download a Project's CSV?
This section provides a straightforward guide on how to download your project's csv file:
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Projects' tab : Here, you'll find a summary of all the projects, including their current progress of what images have been labelled and by whom. Select the project you would like to download the project csv from.
Step 2: Click on the 'Download CSV' button : Look for the button labelled 'Download CSV' on the project table on the right hand side.
Step 3: Retrieving the project's downloaded csv file: The file, named using the project's title, for this example mine will be called Lung_Nodule_Detection_labels.csv
, should then automatically download to your machine's Downloads folder allowing you to view the detailed progress of your project offline or share it with others as needed.
The downloaded labelled project csv file contains the Accession Number
, Study UID
, Series UID
for each image and Labels
from each Labeller the project was assigned to.

Below is an example of what the downloaded project .csv
file would look like if you had one labeler who only labelled two images of the project.
It is important to note that you can download the project csv file at any time.
How to Download a Project's CSV File for a Specific User?
If you would like to download the labelled csv file for a project for a specific user, then here is a similar guide on how to download it.
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Users' tab and then to the 'User Detail' page: Here, you'll find a detailed summary about users specifically indicating what projects users are assigned to and their current progress of what images they have been labelled.
Step 2: Select the user you would like to download the csv file for: On the 'User Details' page you will find a record of all the users that have been created by the administrator.
Step 4: Select 'Download' button : Look for the project that you would like to download the csv file for and then click the button labelled 'Download'.
Step 5: Retrieving the project download csv file: The file, named using the selected user's username email address and project name, for my example it will be username@aival.io_Lung_Nodule_Detection_labels.csv
, should then automatically download to your machine allowing you to view the detailed progress of your project offline or share it with others as needed.
This downloaded user csv file contains the Date Labelled
, Accession Number
, Study UID
, Series UID
for each image and the specific Labels
for each image by the selected user.
Example User CSV for a Project
When retrieving a user's csv file for a project, the rows of the csv will be associated with the number of images that user has labelled thus far, hence this example only has two rows.
